We didn't schedule exercise this year. It seemed liked it worked better to do it spontaneously or as needed. I wish I could do more!

[C] did take a dance class once a week. She really enjoyed it. So did I. As I watched her trot off the stage in her ballet slippers during her last rehearsal, I embarrassingly teared up. It was just one of those moments I know I will greatly miss 20 years from now.

To sum up, I simply let them out, let them play, let them move, and trust that somehow it will be enough.
